About the CEO of One Love Wellness
Hello there! I'm Ana-Maria, and I'm passionate about helping individuals achieve mental wellness and live their best lives. I understand firsthand how life can throw unexpected challenges our way, leaving us feeling broken and unsure of ourselves. Growing up, I faced many traumatic situations, including never having a relationship with my mother and father and being raised by my grandmother. Later, I was forced to leave the comfort I knew with my grandma and moved to the US with my father and stepmother, which left me feeling confused and abandoned once again.
Despite these challenges, I refused to let them define me. Instead, I turned to God, learned what the best natural supplements for me were, and best practices to help me think more clearly and piece my life back together. I'm now committed to helping others achieve the same sense of clarity and peace of mind that I've found.
